Failure is the Father of Success.

 Hare Krishna
Paradoxically, failure has a lot to do with being successful. Failure is inevitable and almost required to achieve success. Ask any successful person about his/her failures, and prepare for a long conversation.
One of the keys to success is how you choose to respond to failure. How you manage failures will directly determine your ability to succeed.

You got to learn how to fall, before you learn to fly” -Paul Simon

This means that most successes will be preceded by a series attempts that didn’t quite produce the results we were hoping for. With that in mind, it seems like the course of wisdom is to develop a healthy respect for whole learning process, not just the final result.

It’s a simple and inherent truth about failure, but so many neglect it: Failures give us the opportunity to start with a fresh and a smarter approach.

It’s not how many times you get knocked down; It’s how many times you get back up.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that don’t work.” -Thomas Edison

If we allow ourselves to become discouraged during the process we may give up right before we reach our goal. How sad it would be to go through the learning curve and then never experience the benefits of our new knowledge.

That’s the difference between success and failure for a leader.  Here are additional differences.
  1. Success has momentum.  Failure has obstacles.
  2. Success increases morale.  Failure hurts morale.
  3. Success enhances teamwork.  Failure breeds selfishness.
  4. Success finds opportunities.  Failure limits options.
  5. Success attracts people and resources.  Failure has limited resources.
  6. Success validates leadership.  Failure results in changes in leadership.
  7. Success is not necessarily permanent.  Failure is not necessarily permanent.
Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.
Sir Winston Churchill

It is wise to keep in mind that neither success nor failure is ever final.
Roger Babson

we should only think what is wrong , so that it will not repeat in the future. we have to stick with our process till the success is reach. Before success we have to face so many failures so we should prepare for that.

In business there is always a chance to loss but we have to take all the steps very carefully because in business we can,t survive if do mistakes repeatedly.Getting success in business may be late for this we should prepare.lastly the important thing is : Start the business small.
